We’re Hiring – Assistant Fitness Instructor
Are you passionate about health and fitness? We’re looking for a motivated and energetic Assistant Fitness Instructor to support our guests in achieving their wellness goals at our state-of-the-art Health Club in Holiday Inn Salmiya.

1. Assist the Head Fitness Instructor in daily operations of the gym and wellness area.
2. Guide members and guests on proper use of fitness equipment.
3. Provide basic workout support, encouragement, and fitness tips.
4. Ensure cleanliness and safety standards across all fitness zones.
5. Monitor member behavior to ensure a respectful and motivating environment.
6. Report any equipment issues or safety hazards promptly.

1. Prior experience working in a gym, fitness center, or health club.
2. Basic fitness knowledge and a passion for wellness.
3. Certification in fitness or CPR is an advantage.
4. Excellent communication skills and guest-focused attitude.
5. Well-groomed and professional appearance.
6. Willingness to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays.
