At Jensten Group, we're looking for an ambitious and curious individual to join our FP&A team. Reporting to a Senior FP&A Business Partner, you'll play a key role in delivering commercial insights and supporting strategic decision-making across the business, including working closely with our Executive team.

You'll be based in our London office on Mondays, with the flexibility to work from home or the office for the rest of the week—whatever works best for you.

Some Key Objectives & Responsibilities Will Include
  1. Collaborate with the business and the Senior FP&A Business Partner to develop and track performance against the Financial Plan/Forecast (financial modelling, setting up processes, creating timetables).
  2. Work with your business stakeholders to understand what key levers are required to achieve their goals and develop KPIs to track and measure performance.
  3. Provide insightful analysis to highlight risks, opportunities, and actionable recommendations.
  4. Support new initiatives with robust business case tracking and performance monitoring.
  5. Help drive sound commercial and financial decision-making across the business.
About You

We're seeking someone with prior experience in a financial analysis role, ideally within a relevant industry such as insurance, financial services, or professional services. You’ll bring:

  1. AAT, ACA, CIMA, ACCA qualification (or working towards one), or a finance/business degree.
  2. Proven experience working in a finance function, with exposure to planning, forecasting, or performance analysis.
  3. Excellent Excel skills that allow you to produce analysis and work with large data sets.
  4. A collaborative, curious mindset with the confidence to challenge and ask questions.
  5. Good communication skills—both written and verbal.
  6. A record of producing high-quality work and a strong attention to detail.
  7. The type of person that values precision and understands the importance of reliable data and meeting deadlines.
  8. The ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines.
