A leading educational services provider is seeking an Assistant Financial Accountant to support financial operations in a remote setting with weekly office attendance. This role involves key financial tasks, including journal posting, reconciliations, and aiding in the preparation of statutory accounts. Ideal candidates will possess relevant qualifications and display strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Assistant Financial Accountant
Location: Remote/Home-based (with one day per week to central office) some travel to Aurora Central Office Services will also be required
Salary: £31,000 - £33,000
Hours: 40 hrs per week

Due to the growth of our business; we’re currently looking for an Assistant Financial Accountant. Whilst the role is home based, there is a requirement to travel to Twigworth, Gloucestershire once a week where ourCentral Officeprovides financial support, leadership and governance to the group as well as a number of our sites across the country.
The Role:
You will be supporting both the Fees Accountant and Financial Accountant performing month end journal posting and reconciliations and ensuring day to day cash card management and fee queries
