Job summary

Rondanini UK Limited in London seeks an Assistant Financial Accountant to join the finance team. The role suits someone part-qualified (ACCA/CIMA/ACA) developing their career in a supportive environment.

You will manage day-to-day supplier and customer invoicing, assist month-end close, processing accruals and prepayments, and help prepare management accounts. Strong Excel skills and attention to detail are essential, with good teamwork and deadline discipline.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in a finance or accounting role.
• Currently studying towards ACCA/CIMA/ACA.
• Good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
• Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
• Ability to manage workload and meet tight deadlines.
• Good communication skills and ability to work as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Day-to-day accounts payable and receivables duties for the group.
• Accurately process financial information within month end deadlines.
• Obtain approvals of invoices from all departments.
• Assist to preparation of management accounts.
• Assist in accruals and prepayments processing.
• Assist in budgets; forecast preparation across the group.
• General accounts queries - investigating and liaising with other departments.
• Cover for others of the finance team during period of absence and annual leave.
• Contribute to process improvements within the finance team.

Job title: Assistant Financial Accountant
Contract type: Permanent
Salary: £32,000 - £34,000 (Depending on Experience) + KPIs
Location: Herne Hill, London
Working Hours: 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday, from 8:30am to 5:30pm (1-hour lunch break)
