You will be working with Business Central (the Finance accounting system), Webexpenses, (the Expense Claim system) and all related applications and software.You will be responsible for ensuring that the systems configuration is fit for purpose and in particular for making sure the integration with other systems run smoothly. You will be training internal stakeholders on Finance processes and be the first point of contact for system-related issues.You will also participate in the continuous improvement of our new Claims system, CaseHub, and integration with Business Central. This is a significant programme of work that will be continuing for some time after the first go live in June 2025.You will be working closely with the Finance & Systems Controller and the Finance System Accountant to update and document all finance processes and training both finance and non-finance staff on key processes within these. As well as reviewing functionality within Business Central to reduce reliance on the external software support contractor.
