Your core duties will include:

• Providing financial administrative support within the central financial operations team, based primarily at our Chilwell offices, with occasional school visits and opportunities for remote work.
• Assisting with operational financial administration tasks, including:
  • Raising and processing purchase orders.
  • Preparing supplier payments for review and authorisation.
  • Maintaining Trust-wide purchase ledgers.
• Resolving finance queries efficiently for schools, central teams, and suppliers through email, MS Teams calls, or telephone.
• Supporting and training users on Trust accounting software and financial processes.
• Ensuring compliance with required guidelines, such as the Academy Trust Handbook and the Trust Financial Procedures Policy.
