What you’ll do on a typical day:

  • Preparation of weekly and monthly operational performance reports for both GXO and the customer.
  • Collaborate with the on-site and central HR teams to resolve queries, communicate issues effectively, and manage overpayments or underpayments.
  • Assist the Regional Finance Manager in improving and developing reporting processes and procedures.
  • Provide variance analysis with commentary and support operational management in interpreting results.

What you need to succeed at GXO:

  • Part-qualified CIMA, ACCA, or equivalent, and currently studying towards completion.
  • Knowledge of financial management systems; experience with SAP is advantageous.
  • Experience with open book contracts is desirable.
  • A proven track record of establishing and maintaining effective business relationships with internal and external customers.
