What You’ll Be Doing:Supporting our Finance Business Partners with strategic financial analysis across multiple divisions
Delivering accurate weekly sales and cost reports to a wide range of stakeholders
Presenting key insights and performance updates to area managers during regular meetings
Interpreting large datasets to deliver actionable business insights
Identifying and addressing financial performance issues to improve profitability
Collaborating with wider support teams to aid operational decision-making
Responding to ad-hoc queries with data-led solutions
A finance-related degree
Excel skills (nice to have – but we’ll help you grow)
Strong communication skills and the ability to juggle multiple tasks
A sharp eye for detail and a love of solving problems
A positive, proactive mindset – you’re “raring to go” and keen to learn

The Solihull Pub Support Team offices are light and airy offices in Shirley, Solihull, where you will be greeted by our Welcome Team. We have free onsite secure parking with EV charging and cycle storage, a subsidised canteen serving breakfast and lunch, as well as an onsite pub used for social events. The offices are fully accessible.
