Job summary

Une entreprise de services national en pleine croissance recrute un Assistant Finance Business Partner. Ce rôle nouvellement créé propose une option de travail à domicile avec des déplacements occasionnels au siège. Le candidat idéal sera responsable de la préparation des comptes mensuels et de l'analyse de performance tout en travaillant étroitement avec un partenaire financier désigné.

Qualifications

• Doit être très organisé et capable de travailler sous des délais fixés.
• Doit avoir l'ambition d'étudier CIMA/ACCA ou une qualification équivalente.

Responsibilities

• Aide à la préparation des comptes de gestion en fin de mois.
• Analyse de performance unitaire et aide aux projets de modélisation financière.
• Collaboration avec l'équipe des opérations sur le coût quotidien.

Assistant Finance Business Partner

£30,000- £33,000

Full-time

Remote/ occasional travel to Gloucester HQ and Group Business Units required

Our client is a leading and growing national service provider recruiting for an Assistant Finance Business Partner. A newly created home working role with the occasional requirement to make it into their Gloucester HQ and Group Business Units. The successful candidate will work closely with a designated Finance Business Partner and will have the responsibility to look after self-contained business units.

Duties Of The Role Include

• Assisting with the preparation of month-end Management Accounts
• Assisting with the preparation of annual budgets
• Liaise with on-site operations team on day-to-day costing
• Carrying out unit performance analysis and assisting with financial modelling projects
• Ad-hoc duties as required
  
  

To be successful in your application you will need to be highly organised and be able to work in set deadlines. You will work well within a team as well as on your own with a great attention to detail.

Ideally you will be AAT qualified (or equivalent) and will have the ambition to study CIMA/ACCA or an equivalent qualification. You will need to have intermediate Excel skills (pivot tables/ v-lookups) and the ability to build rapport with both financial and non-financial team members. PowerBI knowledge is an advantage.
