Robert Walters is pleased to partner with a market-leading organization based in Crawley, seeking to recruit a highly commercial Finance Business Partner on a permanent basis. This position is particularly suitable for a CIMA/ACCA studier or finalist eager to embrace a broad commercial and reporting role within a large, progressive company.

Role Overview:

As a Finance Business Partner, you will support the Senior Finance Business Partner in delivering accurate and insightful data sets and monthly management accounts. Your responsibilities include producing monthly analysis, assisting in the preparation of management accounts, and supporting overhead budget holders with budget submissions. You will also participate in annual financial planning and business plan modeling. This role demands strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to foster relationships across all levels of the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in managing the Management Accounts model alongside the Senior Finance Business Partner
• Generate monthly contribution analysis from management accounts data
• Support the creation of meaningful monthly results commentary for review by Finance Business Partners
• Conduct analysis of accruals and perform reconciliations
• Contribute to annual financial planning and business plan development
• Oversee the approval process for recharges

Candidate Profile:

The ideal candidate will be a CIMA/ACCA studier or finalist with operational experience or equivalent. Strong management accounting knowledge and experience handling large data sets are essential. Experience with PowerBI is advantageous.
