A national sports organization in Cardiff is seeking a Finance Business Partner to support budgeting, reporting, and financial analysis across departments. The successful candidate will have experience in finance and excellent IT skills, specifically with Microsoft Office. This is a full-time, permanent position with a salary of £30,000 per annum and various employee perks including pension contributions and hybrid working arrangements.

Working in the Business Partnering team within the Finance function, the role is responsible for tasks such as reporting, budgeting, and forecasting, while providing business partnering and financial analysis support to various departments.

Location: Principality Stadium, Cardiff
Hours of work: 35 hours per week. Monday to Friday.

The WRU require that individuals are proficient in IT skills, specifically Microsoft packages. Excellent written and verbal communications are essential, along with the ability to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
Ability to communicate through the medium of Welsh and a Valid UK Driver's License is desirable.
