Job Overview
We are looking to recruit the right candidate to join our finance team. They will need to be highly organized with good attention to detail and the ability to process and analyze data, be a creative problem solver, and keen to become knowledgeable on all aspects of the business. The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate good communication across all levels & cross-functionally. They will be able to operate at a senior management level to facilitate collaborative decisions and share information whether good or bad. Responsibilities:

  1. Managing two junior staff members in the team.
  2. Business, financial planning, and management reporting.
  3. Provide analysis and advice regarding how to most effectively improve profitability and grow the company.

Job Role:

  1. Support the financial planning, forecasting, reporting, and analysis across the business including:
    1. The preparation of annual financial forecasts and budgets.
    2. Provision of accurate and timely monthly management accounts including analysis of sales, margin, and operational expenditure.
    3. 3-year financial forecasts in support of the Company strategy.
  2. Provide commercial insight and analysis of results, identifying underlying trends and challenging the business on performance.
  3. Identify and report KPIs which are linked to company strategy and performance to drive positive actions.
  4. Support the strategic planning and strategic initiatives of the company by providing financial planning and modeling skills.
  5. Support and challenge the sales and operations teams and provide financial assistance where necessary.
  6. Motivate and implement change within the finance setting.
