Responsibilities:
  • Maintain and update daily income and expense statements accurately.
  • Communicate with clients through electronic media. Maintain confidentiality; do not disclose or discuss sensitive information with clients or colleagues.
  • Keep case files organized and updated regularly.
  • Check and maintain the office environment. Provide feedback or suggestions to the competent authority when required.
  • Send messages to clients and ensure proper follow-up of communications.
  • Open the chamber at the beginning of the day and close it with proper consent at the end of the day.
  • Draft and prepare official letters. Report documents and communications to the authority.
  • Purchase necessary tools, stationery, and office equipment for official use.
  • Contribute to improving online sales indirectly (not through direct proposals).
  • Handle printing and photocopying of various documents as required.
  • Manage e-mails, couriers, and document detachment/dispatch systematically.
  • Any other task or work or order as passed by the authority.
