A leading food business in the UK seeks an Assistant Farm Manager to oversee operations across multiple farms. The ideal candidate will ensure the welfare of livestock and maintain hygiene standards. Previous experience with livestock and own transport are essential. This role offers a secure workplace and comprehensive training along with a competitive salary of £32,924.12 annually.
Temporary Position – Until 28th February 2026
This role will be covering two farms: Little Kelk and Eastmoor.

As Assistant Farm Manager, you’ll work closely with the Farm Manager, helping to oversee day-to-day operations on a modern company farm. Your primary responsibility will be ensuring the welfare and performance of our livestock, alongside maintaining high standards across the site.
