Job Description:

Green Light Recruitment have a fantastic job opportunity with a client based in Leeds. Seeking a Assistant Manager for their clients Business Centre, so previous skills , experience and attributes required as below.

  • Carry out viewings and tours of office space and industrial units selling the benefits
  • Drive ancillary income from telecoms, furniture, cleaning, meeting rooms, mailboxes etc.
  • Promote and identify uplift opportunities with customers to increase income and services
  • Promotion and selling self storage units in our new facility
  • Help support locally driven enquires and sales opportunity

The list is not exhaustive with other ongoing customer service and sales duties involved.

Customer Management

  • Enhance the entire customer journey building and strengthen relationships
  • Coordinate and organise customer engagement activities
  • Promote and encourage site networking and event participation
  • Identify opportunities to link customers and their businesses with one another
  • Manage other areas such as refreshment areas and Car parking
  • Event organisation
  • Other duties to be discussed.

Working Hours: 35 -40 hrs per week Monday to Friday

Holidays: 25 days holiday

Bonus:Quarterly

Must have a Full UK Driving Licence
