ASSISTANT EXAMS OFFICER

Commencing – September 2025

Full Time or Part Time Considered

Salary: £29,572 FTE

Do you have experience in supporting examination processes and administration? Are you a clear communicator who can support staff and students throughout exam periods?

The Role

Watling Academy is seeking a dedicated and reliable Assistant Exams Officer to support the coordination and delivery of our internal and external examinations. Working closely with the Exams Officer, you will help to ensure that exams are conducted in full compliance with JCQ and awarding body regulations.

In this varied role, you’ll assist with key processes including exam entry and registration, coordinating access arrangements, preparing exam materials, and supporting students and staff throughout the exam cycle. You’ll also help manage exam days, support in resolving timetable clashes, and ensure the safe handling of exam scripts and data.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who thrives in a process-driven role, is comfortable handling confidential information, and is committed to ensuring the integrity and smooth running of high-stakes assessments.
