Responsibilities

• Assist the estimating team in preparing and submitting tenders for landscaping projects.
• Work closely with the customer care team to manage customer appointment bookings.
• Produce quotations and liaise with developers’ customer care teams regarding landscaping works.
• Carry out general administrative duties including creating site files and preparing job sheets for site teams.
• Support procurement activities by sourcing competitive prices and identifying new suppliers.
