We are working in partnership with a highly respected main contractor specialising in luxury residential and heritage refurbishment projects across Oxfordshire and surrounding areas. With a strong reputation for excellence and delivering projects to the highest standards, this business is now looking to invest in the future by appointing an Assistant / Graduate Estimator.

The Opportunity:

This
is a rare opportunity to work directly alongside the directors of the business, receiving 1-to-1 mentorship and tailored training in a supportive and collaborative environment. You will gain hands-on experience across all stages of the estimating process, contributing to a variety of exciting and bespoke high-end private projects.

Key Responsibilities:

Assisting in the preparation of tender submissions and cost estimates

*

Reviewing drawings, specifications, and project documents

*

Liaising with suppliers and subcontractors to obtain accurate quotations

*

Supporting senior estimators and directors in compiling bid documentation

*

Helping to analyse project risks and opportunities

*

Developing a deep understanding of the high-end and heritage construction market

What We’re Looking For:

A degree (or working towards one) in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or a related field

A proactive, eager-to-learn attitude with excellent attention to detail

Strong numerical and communication skills
