Due to their high volume of projects, our client is seeking an Assistant Estimator to work under the supervision of their Senior Estimator. This role offers significant career progression opportunities as the company plans to expand over the next five years, taking on more projects and larger packages. The main duties of the role include:
Our client seeks a candidate with 2–4 years of construction experience, ideally having previously worked as a Junior or Assistant Estimator or Quantity Surveyor. A degree qualification is preferred. The main office is located in Brentwood, Essex; therefore, the candidate must be able to commute five days a week. There is potential for remote working during the initial stages, as the office is nearing completion. The ideal candidate should be fluent in Excel and experienced with Bluebeam.
The salary range for this position is £30,000 to £45,000. We are open to candidates operating under CIS, PAYE, or Limited Company arrangements.
