We are seeking a Trainee or Assistant Estimator to join an established South Coast business from their head office in Chandlers Ford.
The company has a turnover exceeding GBP 25 million and targets schemes between GBP 1 and GBP 8 million. They serve a diverse client base, with a significant portion of repeat negotiated work, regional and local framework opportunities, and competitive tendering for targeted projects.
Typical projects include NHS and care markets, schools (both new build and refurbishments), industrial and commercial developments, and retail and leisure schemes.
You will receive a comprehensive training and development plan to maximize your talents and fulfill your potential. You will be involved from day one, working hands-on with the estimating manager and the wider preconstruction team.
