Job Overview:

Herefordshire Council is seeking an Assistant Estates Surveyor to join a dedicated team. The role involves managing a diverse property portfolio, including estate management, lettings, sales, rent reviews, and development work. The successful candidate will work with technical experts to implement council policies related to over 1,200 property assets and provide professional advice to various stakeholders.

Candidate Requirements:

• Motivated individual with technical expertise and experience in estate management.
• Ability to provide innovative solutions and think creatively about technical challenges.
• Desirable but not essential: RICS and/or CAAV qualification.
• Experience working independently and collaboratively across teams.
