We're looking for a proactive and drivenAssistant ER Advisorto join our client's dynamic Employee Relations team. You'll play a key role in supporting managers across the business, providing expert advice and coaching on a wide range of employee relations matters. This is an exciting opportunity to develop your ER expertise in a fast-paced, supportive environment where continuous learning is encouraged-including support for CIPD studies.
Key Responsibilities -

  • Manage your own caseload of ER issues from start to resolution, applying your knowledge of employment law and best practice.
  • Provide clear, practical HR advice on policies, procedures, and employee relations matters.
  • Respond to inbound ER queries via phone and email, offering timely and accurate guidance.
  • Work across a diverse range of contracts and sectors, including public and private clients.
  • Collaborate with the wider People Support team to deliver a consistent, customer-focused HR service.

What you'll need to succeed

  • A strong interest in Employee Relations and Employment Law, with some practical experience preferred.
  • CIPD qualified or working towards qualification (we offer support for ongoing studies).
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
  • A team player with a flexible, solution-focused mindset.
