A top facilities management firm in the UK is seeking an Assistant ER Advisor to join their Employee Relations team. This role involves managing ER cases, advising on HR policies, and supporting managers with employee relations matters. The ideal candidate will have a strong interest in Employee Relations and Employment Law, preferably with some experience, and will be supported in pursuing CIPD qualifications.
