Assistant Environmental Services Technician

Hours: 7:30am - 3:30pm Mon - Thurs, 7:30am - 3:00pm Fri, with weekends and 6 months period.
£12.85 per hour. Flexibility required as hours may include weekends for lane closures.

This role involves working primarily with the grounds maintenance team as a strimmer operative during the grass cutting season until the end of October 2025. Additional tasks include street cleansing and grounds maintenance, such as litter picking and emptying litter bins, in compliance with Health and Safety regulations.

No prior experience is required as training will be provided. Must be able to work to deadlines, sometimes alone, and sometimes as part of a team. A driving licence is preferred but not essential.

Working hours: 37 hours per week over a 7-day period. Shift times to be confirmed but must be flexible.
