Basic Purpose of Role:
To support and deputise for the Engineering Manager to manage all aspects of engineering performance in the depot, including Health & Safety, fleet planning, and environmental management, delivering excellent customer experience while managing a governance agenda that supports legislative and policy compliance.
Engage front line colleagues through effective communication, active listening, and recognition.
The AEM will ensure that standard policies and procedures are adopted within the depot and that the daily Run in/Run out process is supported with effective allocation of resources.
