Job Description
Working in a hybrid style, based in Contracts House, Soutar Street office, and at home, you will work full time, 37 hours per week, on a temporary basis for 12 months.

Requirements
You will have a minimum of an HNC or equivalent in a relevant discipline.
Responsibilities
- You will provide a roads/lighting engineering service to the Service through the development of asset management and integration of new technologies, as directed.
- You will handle and respond to enquiries and customer service requests and liaise with frontline repair staff as required. You will form part of a Partnership team working with and alongside staff from other local authorities and contractors.
The Individual
- You will have experience of Microsoft packages such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Project for data recording, analysis, reporting, and presentation.
- You will have experience in the development and integration of new technologies to deliver change and be familiar with technical standards.
- You will have experience using CAD, GIS, databases, database reporting software, and working within a Quality Management System.
- You will have a flexible approach to working hours and the capacity to work unsociable hours if required.
- You will be able to travel between sites in accordance with the Council Active Travel Plan.
- You will work across boundaries and undertake work for other authorities within the Partnership.
