Assistant Educational Psychologist, Wirral

Wirral Borough Council is seeking passionate individuals to join as Assistant Educational Psychologists. This role involves working within the EP Team to gather information, deliver interventions in schools and settings, and work directly with children, young people, and their families.

The position offers opportunities to participate in innovative projects such as the Emotionally Based School Avoidance (EBSA) Strategy, Delivering Better Value Project (DBV), and training initiatives like Emotional Literacy Support Assistants (ELSA) and the Autism Education Trust (AET).

Applicants must have a degree in psychology recognized by the British Psychological Society (BPS) and some recent experience working with children and young people. A DBS check is required for this post.
