Assistant Ecologist

Location: Poole
Salary: GBP23,000-GBP28,000

We are looking for an Assistant Ecologist to join a fantastic team in Poole. This is an excellent opportunity to develop your skills and gain experience in your career as an Ecologist!

Responsibilities:
You will be involved in a range of projects including ecological appraisals, protected species surveys, and biodiversity mitigation design. This company is passionate about training their staff to a high level by providing support throughout their careers.

You will assist in extended phase 1 habitat surveys, participate in various species surveys, and write reports related to PEA, EcIA, and species survey reports.

Minimum Requirements:

1. A degree in Ecology or a relevant discipline.
2. Some experience working within a consultancy is beneficial.
3. Great report writing skills.
