An ecological consultancy is seeking Casual Assistant Ecologists to assist with night-time bat surveys. This role is ideal for graduates or entry-level ecologists, and while prior experience is valued, it is not essential. Candidates will work mainly in locations across the north east and north west of England, including Chester and Manchester.

Job description

We are seeking Casual Assistant Ecologists to help with surveying this season. If you are looking for work in the ecology sector this would be a great opportunity for you. We need help primarily with night-time fieldwork (assisting on bat surveys) though there may also be opportunities for day-time fieldwork.

Survey work may be required at sites across the UK (mainly in the north east and north west of England). Current bat survey project locations include Chester, Manchester, Halifax, Stoke on Trent and Berwick on Tweed.

Suitable for a graduate/entry level ecologist. Prior experience would be valued but is not essential.
