Role Description:

Arcadis is looking for a new Assistant Driller / Site Labourer to be based at our Gloucester facility. The role involves working across various sites throughout the UK, including manufacturing, petrochemical, and construction sectors.

Role Accountabilities:

  • Receive training from day one and enroll in an NVQ upon successful probation.

Opportunities for further training, apprenticeships, and NVQs in land drilling are available to progress towards becoming a qualified Lead Driller.

Qualifications & Experience:
  • A motivated individual who enjoys outdoor, hands-on work. Experience in construction, military, or agriculture is advantageous.
  • A valid driving license is essential.
  • Ability to stay away from home Monday-Friday; accommodation, travel, and food allowances will be provided.
  • Basic IT skills.
  • Beneficial but not mandatory: CSCS, SPA/PIA, PTS certifications; training will be provided if needed.
