Our Team

The Natural Power Construction Team helps clients administer contracts and act as their project interface, supervising construction and managing specifications. We provide specific grid and electrical services as well as support in civil and structural services, monitoring, witness testing, and snagging inspections.

Safety is our top priority, and we include specialist safety consultants in our team. We provide CDM and project safety services to promote best practices on all construction sites. Our engineering team includes experts in civil, mechanical, electrical, environmental, and geotechnical engineering, enabling us to make projects more efficient and act as on-site representatives if needed.

Main Tasks and Responsibilities

• Support the lead driller on wind farm and infrastructure sites with drilling, logistics, and maintenance activities.
• Participate actively in safety culture and team discussions.
• Assist in all drilling operations alongside the lead driller.
• Perform tasks such as installing pipework, groundworks, reinstatement, general labor, and materials delivery.
• Maintain routine plant and vehicle maintenance.
• Engage professionally with team members and clients.
• Attend regular site and office meetings as required.
• Assist with water well installation and general labor tasks.
• Manage plant logistics, routine maintenance, and yard housekeeping.
• Support project teams with other site works as needed.
• Travel and work away from home due to the geographical spread of sites.
