We’re looking for an Assistant Civil Engineer who is passionate about water, drainage, and infrastructure. Whether you're a recent graduate or early in your career, this is your opportunity to grow in a collaborative, inclusive, and forward-thinking environment.

Your Purpose:

  • Developing your experience by contributing to a variety of drainage design, wastewater, and surface water management projects, with opportunities to support the preparation of technical reports, drawings, and specifications.
  • Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams and our recognised industry leaders on major UK projects such as Sizewell C, Lower Thames Crossing, and initiatives to reduce Combined Sewer Overflow spills.
  • Helping shapeholistic water management strategiesthat transcend traditional redline boundaries, with a focus on sustainability, climate resilience, and protecting our communities.
  • Leveraging digital tools and data todisrupt the status quo, driving innovation and efficiency across the water and infrastructure sectors.
  • Contributing to socially impactful initiatives like our EDAROTH programme, helping deliver sustainable housing and infrastructure for underserved communities.

What you can bring:

  • A degree in Civil Engineering or a related discipline.

  • Working towards, or interested in pursuing professional accreditation (e.g., ICE or CIWEM).
