Assistant Document Controller - Major Public Sector Project
Location: Huntingdon, Cambridgeshire
Full-time, on-site (5 days/week)
Are you highly organised with strong administrative skills and a keen eye for detail? We're looking for an Assistant Document Controller to support the delivery of a large-scale, long-term public sector building project based in Huntingdon.

What you'll be doing:
Support the Information Controller in managing all project-related documentation throughout the lifecycle of the build
Ensure hard copies of project documentation are maintained, stored, and updated in line with project standards
Work within a Common Data Environment (CDE) to help with document tracking, version control, and secure access
Help validate that all documentation is accurate, complete, and formatted consistently
Communicate effectively with stakeholders and project teams to ensure smooth flow of documentation and approvals
What you'll bring:
Strong administrative or document control experience, ideally within construction or engineering
Confident IT skills, especially with Microsoft Office
Experience using document management platforms (e.g. Asite, Viewpoint, Aconex) is a plus
Excellent attention to detail and organisational ability
A proactive, reliable attitude and ability to work independently on-site
Security Clearance Requirements:
This role requires a minimum level of UK security clearance, and may require higher levels of National Security Vetting. Due to this, UK residency is required, and dual/multiple nationalities must be declared. Candidates who do not meet the eligibility requirements may be unable to proceed.
