ST Media Group is seeking an Assistant Director for Organisation Development and Learning at UWE Bristol. This full-time, permanent role involves leading substantial change initiatives and developing workforce strategies to enhance organisational effectiveness. We are seeking a professionally qualified leader to join our newly formed Transformation and Improvement Service as Assistant Director Organisation Development and Learning.
About This Role
You will take a lead in the creation and implementation of development and design strategies that underpin the Universitys transformation, leading substantial change initiatives in relation to leadership, people, culture, and ways of working to enhance our organisational and people effectiveness. This includes developing and delivering an engaging workforce development strategy that aligns our values and culture with our business model.
You will drive positive and sustainable change, ensuring our people, processes and structures are inclusive, and aligned with the Universitys strategic goals and performance targets.
About You
You will be a dynamic and engaging leader with a proven track record of delivering impactful organisational change and workforce development strategies. You should have experience of working alongside senior executive teams to develop innovative solutions that result in cultural shifts and enhanced organisational performance. The postholder will demonstrate UWE Values, leading by exceptional example with a passion for inclusivity, people management and service excellence.

This is a full time, permanent post. Unfortunately, due to the nature of this post it is not available as a job share or part time basis.
UWE Bristol is a campus-based University, and it is vital to our success and the delivery of an outstanding experience for our students that our campuses are dynamic and vibrant places to learn and spend time. This role is therefore campus based for a minimum of 60 percent of your time with the opportunity to work from home for the remainder of your time.
