A housing association is seeking an Assistant Director of Repairs to oversee repairs and facilities management services in Gloucestershire and the Forest of Dean. As our Assistant Director of Repairs, you'll play a leading role in helping us provide this for thousands of families across Gloucestershire and the Forest of Dean. Overseeing our repairs and facilities management services, you'll drive improvements that respond to our tenants' needs and feedback. You'll manage a high-quality, cost-effective service that can deliver right first time for our tenants.
What you'll bring to our team
As an experienced leader with a proven track record, you'll use your skills and expertise to provide technical advice on repairs and facilities management to the Leadership Team and Board. Working with the AD of Assets and Executive Director of Homes, you'll shape and implement robust policies and procedures and build a customer-focused culture that values diversity and supports learning.
