Job summary

KAP Recruitment Ltd is seeking an Assistant Director to oversee and drive urban and regional planning projects from inception to completion. The role involves rigorous research on land use, zoning, transport, and environmental factors, with a manageable caseload and clear pathways for career progression.

The ideal candidate will hold a degree in Town Planning (or related field) and be RTPI-eligible, with strong knowledge of UK planning laws and regulations.

Qualifications

• Degree in Town Planning or a related field.
• Member of RTPI or eligible for membership.
• Proven experience in a similar planning role, preferably in the UK.
• Strong understanding of UK planning laws and regulations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage urban and regional planning projects from inception to completion.
• Conduct research and analysis on land use, zoning, transportation, and environmental factors.
• Maintain a manageable caseload with opportunities for progression.
• Collaborate within a team in a supportive environment.

Requirements
