Assistant Director of People Programmes, OH and Wellbeing

This is a varied role, and we are looking for a passionate and empathic individual who will value the opportunity to support our exceptional colleagues. The role also includes leading our transformational people programmes team, which requires the post holder to partner closely with key stakeholders across the People Directorate and wider Trust to develop and implement programmes and ensure delivery of these, in line with the new NHS Staff Standards and the Employment Rights Act. This is offered as a full-time contract, but BHT are proud to offer various flexible working options.
