What you will do:
Partner closely with the Director of People and Culture to lead the day-to-day Human Resources operations and strategise people initiatives
Manage employee relations by providing coaching, guidance and resolution strategies to leaders and employees, including any disciplinary processes, grievances and appeals.
Champion retention initiatives and employee engagement strategies to foster a positive workplace culture.
Lead a committee in charge of delivering a variety of diverse and inclusive employee programming tailored to the needs of our people.
Facilitate career development programs and succession planning.
Oversee onboarding processes to ensure a seamless and engaging experience for new starters.
Ensure legal compliance in all HR practices and maintain accurate documentation.
Directly lead, inspire and coach a team of 3 including a P&C Manager, P&C Coordinator and Talent Acquisition Manager
What you bring:
Proven experience in Human Resources leadership, ideally within luxury hospitality.
Strong understanding of UK employment law and HR best practices.
Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to build trust and influence across all levels of the organisation.
Experience with HRIS Workday and Fourth (Payroll) is preferred as well as Microsoft Office (Outlook, Teams, etc.), Canva, DocuSign, etc.
A proactive, solution-oriented mindset with strong attention to detail.
Passion for people, culture, and creating memorable employee experiences.
CIPD qualification or equivalent is preferred.
