Come make a real difference as our Assistant Director of Neighbourhoods!

Everyone should have a warm, safe, affordable home. As our new Assistant Director of Neighbourhoods, you’ll play a starring role in making this a reality for thousands of people living in our communities.

Working closely with our tenants and your team, you will drive a culture of great customer experience and exceptional, localised neighbourhood housing services. Leading by example, you’ll ensure that our team adopts a human-centric approach that puts tenants at the heart of everything they do.

As part of our senior leadership team, you’ll collaborate across the organisation to shape customer-focused services designed in partnership with tenants. You’ll influence decisions to embed their feedback, opinions, and needs into daily operations. As a leader, you’ll prioritize a people-first approach, providing support and guidance to colleagues, engaging with tenants and their families, and advocating on tenants’ behalf with internal teams and partners as needed.

You’ll leverage tenant feedback, your expertise, and strategic planning to enhance service delivery, improve customer experience, and foster neighbourhoods where people love to live.

What you’ll bring to the team

You’ll apply a human-centric approach, ensuring all team members feel valued, heard, and supported to serve tenants effectively. You’ll focus on delivering excellent customer service, driving organizational improvements, and embedding a customer-first mindset across the team.

As a senior leader, you’ll be dynamic, values-driven, and capable of inspiring and supporting your team to excel and develop in their roles.

What we are looking for

An exceptional senior leader who can motivate the team to deliver top-tier services.

A visionary who can drive the team’s vision forward and foster unity.

A dedicated customer champion committed to prioritizing tenants’ needs.

A problem solver capable of removing barriers and ensuring seamless service delivery.

An attentive listener who acts on feedback and insights.

About the team

The housing team is central to Two Rivers Housing’s mission, advocating for tenants and ensuring quality service delivery—from repairs to community support partnerships. Recent feedback from tenants has shaped the team’s evolution towards more localized, responsive housing services.

Our team is passionate and committed, and we’re excited to welcome new members to help us deepen our community presence, focus on proactive problem-solving, and strengthen collaborations for the benefit of tenants and neighborhoods. If you’re eager to make a tangible difference in your community and join a dedicated team, we’d love to hear from you!
