Assistant Director of Food & Beverage (Scotland)

A great opportunity to join as an Assistant Director of F&B at a luxury 5-star property in the United Kingdom.

Key responsibilities:

  • Management: Oversee the operation of all F&B outlets, including restaurants, bars, and event catering.
  • Staff Management: Hire, train, and manage staff, including front of house and back of house personnel.
  • Service Quality: Ensure consistent and high-quality food and beverage service, exceeding guest expectations.
  • Cost Control: Manage expenses, control food costs, and monitor revenue.
  • Sales & Marketing: Implement strategies to increase F&B sales and attract new customers.
  • Menu Development: Collaborate with chefs to develop and refine menus, considering guest preferences and market trends.
  • Event Management: Oversee the planning and execution of events and catering, ensuring smooth operations and guest satisfaction.
  • Guest Relations: Address guest inquiries and complaints promptly and professionally.
  • Quality Assurance: Maintain high standards of cleanliness, food safety, and service quality.
