Job summary

Nuneaton & Bedworth Borough Council seeks an experienced leader to oversee front-line and enforcement services across Waste, Recycling and Transport, Environmental Health and Food Standards, Licensing, Corporate Health & Safety and Private Sector Housing.

Reporting to the Strategic Director, you will provide strategic leadership and operational responsibility for a broad portfolio aimed at delivering meaningful outcomes for residents.

Qualifications

• Significant senior management experience in a relevant field.
• Ability to lead change and deliver results.
• Experience working with Elected Members and stakeholders.
• Degree (or equivalent) and ongoing professional development.

Responsibilities

This role requires significant senior management experience in a relevant field, with a proven ability to lead change and deliver results. You will be confident working with Elected Members and stakeholders, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. A relevant degree (or equivalent) and ongoing professional development are essential.
