Job summary

Nuneaton and Bedworth Borough Council is seeking an experienced and dynamic leader to oversee key front-line and enforcement services within a broad portfolio, delivering meaningful outcomes for residents and communities.

You will provide strategic leadership and operational responsibility for services including Waste, Recycling and Transport, Environmental Health and Food Standards, Licensing, Corporate Health & Safety and Private Sector Housing.

This role requires significant senior management experience in a relevant field, with a proven ability to lead change and deliver results. You will be confident working with Elected Members and stakeholders, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. A relevant degree (or equivalent) and ongoing professional development are essential.
