About The Role

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Assistant Digital Marketing Manager to join our dynamic digital marketing team. This role will primarily focus on managing and optimising paid digital campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Meta, and other relevant networks to drive performance and ROI. In addition to paid media, the successful candidate will also support broader digital marketing initiatives, including SEO, content strategy, and performance reporting. This is an exciting opportunity for a marketing professional with a strong grasp of digital tools and a passion for driving measurable results in a fast-paced environment.

Duties will include:

• Plan, launch and optimise campaigns for lead generation and revenue growth.
• Collaborate with wider business to develop high-performing ad creative, copy, and landing pages.
• Manage bidding strategies, audience targeting, and A/B testing at scale.
• Monitor campaign performance using tools such as Google Analytics, Looker Studio, and Salesforce reports.
• Integrate campaign tracking with Salesforce to ensure clear lead attribution and sales funnel visibility.
• Report on KPIs including CPA, CPC, CTR and conversion rates.
• Use insights to drive continuous optimisation and growth.
• Help conduct keyword research, audience segmentation, and A/B testing to improve campaign effectiveness
• Work with digital marketing, product marketing and wider business to align messaging and track full-funnel performance.
• Brief and collaborate with external agencies as required.
• Contribute to the content calendar and help manage blog, social media, and website updates.

What you will need to bring to the role:

Essential

• 3+ years of experience in a paid media or performance marketing role.
• Proven track record of managing and scaling campaigns with significant budgets.
• Experience with B2B campaigns.
• Advanced knowledge of platforms such as Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, Meta Ads Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, etc.
• Strong grasp of attribution models, conversion tracking, and pixel/tag implementation.
• Proficient in Excel / Google Sheets and data-visualisation tools (e.g., Looker Studio, Tableau).
• Deep analytical skills with a test-and-learn mindset.
• Ability to write clear and compelling ad copy.
• Understanding of best practise SEO techniques
  

Desirable

• Experience working with external agencies.
• Experience building and interpreting reports and dashboards within Salesforce.
• Certifications in Google Ads, Meta Blueprint, or similar are a plus.
