The Role

As the Assistant Development Manager, you’ll:

• Support the day-to-day delivery of large mixed-use, residential lead projects.
• Build relationships with clients and supply chain partners.
• Develop project documentation and reporting to ensure alignment with project goals.
• Attend and chair meetings, documenting key discussions and decisions.
• Monitor and report on contractor’s progress on site.
