Job Title: Assistant Development & Delivery Manager

Location: Glasgow - Hybrid role (office and home)

Contract: Fixed-term (12 months), full-time (37.5 hpw)

Salary: circa £27,574 plus benefits including Health Cash Plan

About Us

Join us as an Assistant Development and Delivery Manager, supporting the delivery of new homes in the Scotland region. You will assist in delivering mixed-tenure schemes on time and within budget, ensuring excellent service for our customers and communities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with development teams across multiple sites, primarily in Scotland.
  • Manage income and expenditure, assist in project delivery against KPIs.
  • Handle project appraisals, data analysis, cashflows, contract schedules, budgets, documentation, site inspections, and property handovers.
  • Maintain relationships with developers, contractors, and internal teams.
  • Support your career growth through involvement in the full development lifecycle.
What You Bring
  • Knowledge of residential development, project management, and planning systems.
  • Experience in on-site delivery of new homes is preferred but not essential; a passion for learning is key.
  • Strong organizational, written communication skills, and attention to detail.
  • Self-motivated with a collaborative attitude.

Work Environment & Benefits
