Aylin White is recruiting for an Assistant Design Manager in Central London. You will support the Design Manager on mission-critical data centre projects, coordinating multi-disciplinary teams and ensuring milestones are met.

Qualifications

• Degree in Building Services, mechanical or electrical engineering.
• Strong communication and management skills.
• Experience with construction project design processes and coordinating multiple projects.

Responsibilities

• Assisting the Design Manager in the delivery and overall management of mission-critical projects by being a vital link between the multi-disciplinary design teams involved.
• The Assistant Design Manager will be running project trackers and ensuring project milestones are hit.
• Coordination of design stage issues.
• The Assistant Design Manager will be reviewing contract documents and contractual obligations.
• The Assistant Design Manager will be involved in leading client and design team meetings, taking notes and tracking actions.
