Specializing in large data centers and industrial shed sectors, our client is at the forefront of innovation and excellence in construction. Role Overview:

As an Assistant Design Manager, you will play a pivotal role in the early stages of projects, working closely with various stakeholders to ensure successful project initiation. You will be responsible for assisting pre-construction activities, including design and value engineering. The ideal candidate will possess a blend of technical expertise, project management skills, and a strong understanding of the construction industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Assist pre-construction activities for large-scale projects, focusing on data centers and industrial sheds.
  2. Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to develop comprehensive project plans and strategies.
  3. Conduct thorough feasibility studies, cost estimates, and risk assessments to inform decision-making processes.
  4. Implement value engineering techniques to optimize project performance while minimizing costs.
