We are offering an exciting opportunity for an assistant design manager eager to develop their career within a growing company and gain experience on live projects at various stages of the build cycle. Working on-site with a dedicated and supportive team, the candidate should be driven, motivated, and possess a good level of technical ability. Ideally, we are seeking a graduate from a design or construction management course with approximately 1-2 years post-qualification experience, or a candidate with 3-5 years' industry experience.

  4. Oversee document control related to the registration and distribution of design and technical information.
  5. Collaborate with key personnel in the project team to prepare project costing and design works.
  6. Review tenders as part of the bid team to evaluate the quality of submitted information, identify value engineering opportunities, assess risks, compile consultant costs, and prepare contractor proposals.
  7. Stay informed about new and innovative products and modern construction methods.
