Long term freelance opportunity for an Assistant Design Manager in Loughton paying competitive day rate.

An opportunity for an Assistant Design Manager to work with a main contractor on a £10M recladding project in Loughton.

I am currently assisting a market leading brand in their search for an Assistant Design Manager to join their team. This is an opportunity to be site-based, as well as remote working. As an Assistant Design Manager, you will benefit from working with the existing construction team and have full support from a Design Director, Technical Manager, and Construction Director.

Our client takes pride in the developments they deliver and have regenerated various other schemes across London in the sectors of new build, fit out, and refurbishment.

This is an opportunity for an Assistant Design Manager to join the team on a freelance basis, for a minimum of 12 months. They are looking for someone that has a proven track record providing support with a Main Contractor.

The ideal candidate for Assistant Design Manager:

2. Main Contracting experience
3. Residential experience
