We are seeking an Assistant Design Manager to join a Tier 1 contractor delivering MOD/DIO/Babcock schemes across the South West. This is a career development role with a clear route to becoming a full Design Manager, working on secured defence projects.

Responsibilities

• Assist with managing design from tender to delivery.
• Work with external consultants, MOD representatives, and subcontractors.
• Support in technical assurance, compliance, and approvals.
• Help coordinate packages, design information flow, and programme deadlines.
