Howdens Joinery is recruiting an Assistant Depot Manager to drive sales and service in our Northolt depot. You’ll support the Depot Manager, lead a small team and build strong relationships with local trades to grow the business.

In this hands-on role you’ll oversee daily operations, health and safety, and ensure excellent customer service while pursuing growth targets. A clear pathway to a Depot Manager role is provided through training and development.

Responsabilités

• Supporting the Depot Manager in the day to day running of the depot.
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with local trade customers.
• Leading, coaching and developing the team to improve performance.
• Overseeing sales, customer service, warehouse and stock.
• Reviewing performance and helping to drive sales and achieve targets.
• Promoting the full range of products and services.
• Deputising for your Depot Manager when needed.
• Maintaining high standards of health and safety across the depot.
